What You Need To Know About Strength Bands Strength Bands are an incredibly versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching, lifting, and bodyweight training exercises. A higher quality band does not exist. Ideal for assisted pull ups and dips. All bands are made of 100% natural latex through a continuous layering process to ensure long life. If you eat only dirty (food with very little nutritious value and high in calories) then youll probably feel good short term but youll gain weight lack energy and basically feel like crap eventually . On the other hand if you eat only clean food ( food that is super nutritious but a little less enjoyable for most) then youll probably feel great and if you keep your calories in check look great too. The problem that most people have is that it can be tough to sustain this and the risk of binging on dirty food is high which leads to guilt and more binging . If you eat a balanced diet (80-90% clean and 10-20% dirty) then youll feel great and be able to enjoy some foods that you really love without feeling guilty and binging later on Win Win . Im still a work in progress but this table is the TRUTH. Consistency lifestyle choices over lose all the weight you have amassed over 5 years in 30days diets. Eat clean 80% of the time and train mean 20%. Cant exercise? Eat clean and go on long walks. You cant work out all day and fuel yourself with excess calories you will end up gaining. Look into #CICO – calories in calories out. Work out your daily TDEE – Todal daily energy expenditure. Eat that. Eat a little less than your #TDEE to lose fat ( deficit) eat more to gain (surplus). I know its sounds like awful scary stuff. Nothing worth while came easy. And this is easier than you think. Ive done a lot of fat diets believe me .. without mentioning names. But until I confronted my issues with food and learnt know what I was putting into my bod
