I love the tips and have kept the 80/ 20 rule a goal also. Eating is a little harder for me to change my habits, but I know if I want to be healthier and see a change I have to make that commitment. I am currently eating less of my favorite foods and smaller portions. Its small steps , but I have a goal and know I can make it happen even with the holidays !
